What the Client Needed

Our relationship with the Ontario Credit Union Charitable Foundation officially began in 2006 although we had a relationship with its Executive Director dating back several years previous to this. As a charitable organization the client was looking for a graphic communications provider who was sensitive to the nature of the organization and familiar with the Credit Union industry. In The Graphix Works, the client found both of these qualities in one place.

The End Result

The OCUCF now enjoys a consistent look throughout their website and printed materials that allows them to put their best foot forward when talking to prospective partners within the credit union marketplace. Their level of satisfaction with our services has been evidenced by the numerous referrals that have been initiated from their offices to other clients that we now enjoy relationships with. A big thanks to OCUCF, it’s rewarding to know when a client is so happy that they share your name with other potential clients!

Our Role

Initially we were asked to work with an existing identity to develop a variety of materials such as newsletters and annual reports. In 2009 the foundation decided it was time to refresh their brand and relied on us to develop a new identity and revamp all of the materials we had been producing for them on an ongoing basis including banner stands that were used at conferences and other venues to promote the foundation. A couple of years later in 2011, they decided it was time that their website reflected the look of their other materials and we were entrusted with the development of a new WordPress based website that they could maintain themselves. Today we continue to enjoy a great relationship with this client developing a variety of materials and in return we donate a variety of items to allow them to offset the ongoing costs of their communication needs.
