What the Client Needed

Established in 1943, Dundalk District Credit Union had enjoyed great success in serving the financial services needs of the Dundalk and Feversham areas of Ontario. With the goal of expanding their visibility in their surrounding areas the Management and Board of the credit union decided it was time to go through a rebranding exercise and through a referral contacted The Graphix Works to help them achieve their goals.

The End Result

Dundalk was thrilled with our high level of service and has enjoyed positive feedback from members and staff regarding the new look. We have developed an ongoing relationship with another small credit union who has come to realize that we are a cost effective service provider. The Graphix Works offers the same menu of services as the big name ad agencies, but with a fee structure that’s geared to the smaller budgets of the grassroot credit unions that exist throughout Ontario.

Our Role

The initial focus of the project was to come up with a clean new identity that the credit union could use to move forward with not only on their communication materials but also on signage and other areas of visibility to the public. Once developed, the identity and suggested branding was used to design and produce corresponding stationery and a direct mail postcard to promote the new look. The next step was to develop a new updated web presence which used Responsive design and was built using WordPress® to allow the client to make simple changes to rates, content and photos.
