Branding is the buzzword to describe the overall process that produces a consistent recognizable image for a company. Looking for a new look? You’ve come to the right place!
Following an initial meeting with the owners of Alexander Awnings in 2010 we began developing the creative direction for their rebranding. Creating an image that not only related to the name but also to the product they specialize in, we developed a logo that mimicked the look of an awning through the use of opposing A's. Using a bold dark blue colour contrasted by a combination of taupe and white completed the look.
Recently we were tasked with coming up with a new brand for a local accounting firm. The goal was to create a unique brand that deviated from the normal pocket protector, safe look that most accountants utilize. The check mark is an age old symbol tied into accounting and the review of finances. Our creative uses a check mark that ties into the K of the initials of the firms' principals and also ties the 3 letters together. While simple, this eye catching brand has been welcomed by not only the client, but also the people they deal with every day.
Recently we were engaged by our existing client SL Marketing to develop a logo and branding for their new division called U-Pick Auto Parts. This new concept in auto part retailing began as an idea whereby a list of vehicles and parts would be catalogued online.
Together with the online presence we developed a stationery package and some notepads to hand out as promotional materials. We also did a large order of t-shirts decorated with the logo for staff to wear.
We’ve designed hundreds of ads, annual reports,
brochures, newsletters and posters for clients in all
types of industries. Make the investment in your
advertising worthwhile and call us to design
your project.

OECU has used Peter and his team at The Graphix Works for a wide variety of our needs since 2001. Not only do they provide top notch creative, artwork and printing as it relates to our newsletters, loan campaigns and other marketing needs, but they also supply us with our day to day needs such as stationery as well as many of our promotional products and apparel. Having a single source supplier saves us a great deal of time which then allows us to focus on the day to day operations of our credit union and ultimately saves us money.
Dave Gunderson
Our office has been working with Peter and The Graphix Works for over 15 years. Our relationship started with the creation of a memorable logo and has continued forward with Peter servicing our design and printing needs as they relate to our stationery as well as the various forms and day to day printing needs of our clinic. Peter has always responded quickly and delivered a quality job whenever called upon. I would recommend The Graphix Works for any design and printing needs you might have.

AEC is a prolific importer and exporter of automobiles to domestic and foreign markets. We have helped this company with a number of marketing initiatives over the years. When AEC Europe secured export rights from Chrysler for a number of Dodge offerings we were asked to assist with the marketing of their new venture. This included a range of work consisting of brochures for the Dodge Durango, Ram, Challenger and Charger, media advertising, product data sheets, and other POP materials produced for both German and English speaking markets in Europe.

Niagara Composites is a manufacturer of flyer bows and assemblies used in the production of fiber optic cable. An innovative and dynamic company, they came to us with the goal of completely reimagining their corporate image and communications to help them confidently promote their products worldwide. Their brief was as straightforward as it was challenging, provide them with deliverables that were impactful and professional, to position them as an industry leader in their field. This would include an extensive rebranding including new identity design and a full range of communications including brochures and sales support literature, advertising, a new website and tradeshow materials.

Approaching the creation of the Niagara Composites logo our goal was a visual that abstractly represented the form and function of their products and the high-tech chemistry of the compounds used in their manufacture. As we imagined their flyer bows spinning and flexing on cable stranding machines we started to think of the atomic model and the arc of electrons around the nucleus. After sketching out several ideas substituting the nucleus for cable strands and electron arcs for flyer bows we soon had the graphic we envisioned pinned down. Typeset with the Simian font that compliments the curves of the graphic and presents with a clean, industrial feel, the basis for an effective identity to support the client’s brand was complete.

Niagara Composites did not wish to illustrate their products or manufacturing processes directly in headline creative. Instead, they wanted a conceptual approach that emphasized the high performance of their products and their position as an industry leader. To answer this request we turned to sports metaphors. Utilizing effective stock imagery and Photoshop manipulation we were able to create dynamic images that gave their communications the impact they desired.

Our relationship with the Ontario Insurance Adjusters’ Association dates back to early 2012 when the Niagara Chapter was preparing to host the annual Provincial Conference and contracted us to design a conference logo, and produce a number of printed materials and develop a website for them.
Little did we know how much of an impact this would have on our future business. Shortly thereafter the provincial body reached out to us to provide them with ongoing maintenance of their website which they quickly realized was outdated and entrusted us to develop a new website for them.
From there we then developed sites for several chapters throughout the province as well as handling promotional product, clothing and design and printing needs for many of the chapters.

The relationship then blossomed as we were entrusted by the national association, CIAA to redevelop their website and create a new back end solution to replace their outdated Microsoft Access solution.
We’re grateful to all of the chapters for their ongoing commitment to our services and look forward to a long fruitful relationship with all of them.

Dating back to 1987 we’ve been working with various lodges and resorts throughout Northern Ontario. In our early years this relationship was squarely focused on providing them with effective, eye catching colour brochures and at one time we had done work for nearly 100 lodges around northern Ontario.
Fast forward to 2010 and our relationship with this market moved into the age of technology with a few of our long time clients relying on us to produce equally creative and eye-catching websites to promote their lodges.
Now, nearly 10 years later we have a long list of lodges and resorts who have websites that are amongst the best in the industry. Many of these same clients continue to use us for both their web presence as well as their printing needs, their promotional product and clothing needs and their trade show booth design needs.
We’re proud to say we’re a one stop shop for nearly all of their marketing needs.
